Hello!

Tanya

Building a life where I truly embrace all aspects of who I am has been a labor of love, resilience, and learning from failures. My professional journey has followed a unique path, shaped by personal experiences and a desire to address the gaps I see in the world. While building my career, I’ve intentionally created a brand and community centered around values I believe are often overlooked—authenticity, inclusivity, and understanding. I’m fortunate to share this journey with my dynamic, neurodivergent partner, and our shared experiences as parents to a child on the autism spectrum deepen my commitment to evolving the autistic experience. For me, this is more than just advocacy; it’s personal.

Sharing My Story

as a late-diagnosed autistic has not only supported my own healing but also fostered deeper connections within the autistic community. The choice to share publicly and build a community has opened up my own understanding for the autistic community as a whole.

I View My Career Path

as a case study in the mutual benefits that can come when an autistic individual's strengths and preferences are well balanced with an organization's goals. By choosing to share my journey with an inclusive and accommodating corporate life, I’ve gained new insights into the challenges and triumphs of others, while continuously evolving in my advocacy and understanding.

To experience acceptance and inclusion to such a degree that you discover your true self is something I want every autistic person to have access to.
